By participating in this competition through comments, the participant agrees that he\/she agrees with the following terms of participation:<\/p>\n

  1. The competition is organised by Kaufhaus Tyrol. Participation is free of charge and not dependent on the purchase of goods or services.<\/li>\n
  2. Facebook, Twitter and Instagram are not in any way connected to this competition, no legal claims can be made against Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.<\/li>\n
  3. The competition begins with publication of a post on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter by Kaufhaus Tyrol. It ends at the date and time specified. Kaufhaus Tyrol cannot be held responsible for delays in data transfer.<\/li>\n
  4. The prize(s) mentioned in the post will be raffled; the exact procedure of the competition is described in detail in the post.<\/li>\n
  5. Participation is effected through an action such as commenting, liking, posting, or similar.<\/li>\n
  6. If one participant completes more than one action, this only counts as one single entry.<\/li>\n
  7. The winner will be selected at random and notified via a private message through Facebook or via e-mail. If the winner does not get in touch within seven days, the raffle will be drawn again.<\/li>\n
  8. Participants must be resident in Austria, and over 18 years of age.<\/li>\n
  9. The participant is obliged not to share any content that is unlawful. Persons who violate criminal law, morals or the conditions of participation will be excluded from participation.<\/li>\n
  10. The data saved for participation will be deleted within 30 days of the end of the competition. Data is not passed on to third parties.<\/li>\n
  11. Photos etc. that have been created for the purposes of participation may be published on the Facebook page, Instagram account or Twitter channel of Kaufhaus Tyrol within the context of the competition.<\/li>\n
  12. Kaufhaus Tryol employees are not eligible to participate.<\/li>\n
  13. No cash alternative available. The judge’s decision is final.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
