Prize Draws & Terms of Participation

By leaving your comment, you take part in our prize draw and agree to the following terms:

1. The prize draw is organized by Kaufhaus Tyrol. Participation is free and not dependent on the purchase of goods or services.
2. Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram are not connected to this prize draw and no legal claims can be made against Facebook, TikTok, or Instagram.
3. The prize draw starts when the respective post is published on Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok by Kaufhaus Tyrol. It ends at the time stated in the post. Kaufhaus Tyrol is not responsible for any delays in data transmission.
4. The prize(s) stated in the post will be raffled. The exact process of the prize draw is described in detail in the post.
5. Participation is valid when you take an action such as commenting, liking, posting, or similar.
6. If you take multiple actions, they count as a single entry.
7. The winner will be chosen at random and notified via private message on Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok. If the winner does not respond within seven days, a new winner will be drawn.
8. Participation is open to residents of Austria who are at least 18 years old.
9. You agree not to share any content that is unlawful. Anyone who violates criminal law, good conduct, or these terms of participation will be excluded from the prize draw.
10. All data collected for participation will be deleted no later than 30 days after the prize draw ends. Data will not be shared with third parties.
11. Entries, photos, etc. submitted for participation may be published as part of the prize draw on the Kaufhaus Tyrol Facebook page and on the Instagram and TikTok channels.
12. Kaufhaus Tyrol employees are not eligible to participate.
13. No cash alternative possible. Legal recourse is excluded.
