To make sure you can move around our building comfortably and without any worries, we have created a range of services and conveniences for you. Our team is always happy to support you! \/p>

Our accessible services for you:

1. Infopoint & Assistance Service: Our team at the Infopoint is always ready to answer your questions. If you need assistance while shopping, a member of our security team will personally accompany you to the shop of your choice.

2. Guidance System: Coming from Maria-Theresien-Straße, a tactile floor guidance system for visually impaired people leads you directly to the Infopoint on the ground floor. If you need help or assistance to reach a shop, our team at the Infopoint is available for you during our opening hours. A security team member will then accompany you to the shop if you wish.

3. Accessible Restrooms: On UG2 and OG2 of our building, you will find fully equipped, wheelchair-accessible restrooms, which are also fitted with an emergency call system for your safety.

4. Elevators: On the ground floor (towards Sparkassenplatz), the elevators take you barrier-free to every floor.
