Shop longer on Friday, 2 October 2026! For Shopping Night, we’re open until 10 pm and from 1 pm there’s an exciting program, entertainment, fun, and great deals. Discover the new seasonal looks, get expert advice, and spontaneously join our Brand Face casting – in cooperation with Tirolerin.

Parking is available 24/7 to make your stay and shopping experience as comfortable as possible. At the Elefant Blue e-charging station, you can charge your e-car while you hunt for the latest trends, enjoy a lunch, or shop for gifts for yourself or your loved ones.

Security

For your peace of mind, our security team is on site around the clock. A first aid room is located on level UG2.

Free Wifi

Enjoy free surfing throughout the entire building! Simply select the “Kaufhaus Tyrol” network and log in with the username [kht] and password [kht]. Please note that not all websites are accessible.

Storage

Lock & Shop: Enjoy your shopping trip without a care! Free lockers are available for you on level UG2. Just choose your own 4-digit code and lock up your belongings. If you need help, the Infopoint on the ground floor is there for you.

Gift Card

Surprise your loved ones with the golden Kaufhaus Tyrol gift card, redeemable in all our shops. Optionally with a personal message sent directly by post.

Parking Garage

Park your car safely and conveniently 24/7 right underneath Kaufhaus Tyrol. Access to our in-house underground garage is via Wilhelm-Greil-Straße.

Need cash? You’ll find an ATM right inside Kaufhaus Tyrol for your withdrawals. It’s available on the ground floor during regular center opening hours—perfect for a quick and easy stop while shopping.

Defibrillator

On level UG1, just behind a fire door on the left, you'll find a defibrillator. It's accessible to all our visitors and can be used in case of emergency.

Restrooms

For a relaxed visit, you’ll find our modern and well-maintained restrooms on level UG2 and OG2. Here you’ll also find accessible toilets and baby changing rooms.

Phone Charging Station

Battery empty while shopping? Charge your smartphone or tablet safely and for free in our lockable charging lockers on OG3.

Changing Room

For your child's comfort, you have two changing options: On the 2nd floor, you'll find a separate changing room in the left side corridor near the restrooms. On the 2nd basement level, there's a changing table directly in the restroom area.

Women's Parking Space

In our underground garage on levels UG2 and UG3, you’ll find two dedicated women’s parking spaces on each floor for your convenience.

Dog Station

At the Sparkassenplatz entrance, you’ll find our Dog Station with a water fountain for dogs. It’s filled daily with fresh water and is available for you free of charge all year round. Perfect to refresh your dog!
